We stayed at The Angel Inn whilst walking the South Tyne Trail, not only was it a fabulous location within easy reach of the trail but the hosts were second to none too. They even dried our clothes and boots after we got caught in a heavy shower. Vegetarians catered for at breakfast. The hotel was a great location for those doing the pennine way too. Exceptional value for money”
