Lovely little patio outside which would have been lovely for a cuppa but we were too busy elsewhere to enjoy the garden. The living room is really comfortable and it's lovely to have your own space when away from home. Bed linen crisp white and brand new! The towels equally white and really fluffy! Our host was helpful and friendly and we needed extra towels and bedding to accommodate our daughter, both were provided happily. We've been staying in St Andrews for about 10 years because of the University - I wish we'd found the Annexe sooner. The location is great.

Very spacious private apartment perfect for a family with a garden view. Two twin beds in the bedroom which can be made into a double. Double Sofa bed in the lounge perfect for an adult or two kids. Newly refurbished. The conservatory is bright and south west facing. It offers extra relaxation space with views of the garden and space For family dining which suits a longer stay. The kitchen is fitted with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster all all cooking implements. Amazon TV available and Wifi in the property. Seated area outside ideal for relaxation.
Good knowledge of the local area and access to golf courses. Special prices in the local Indoor Golf Centre. 1.1 mile walk into town or by local taxis.
Located in quiet cul de sac one mile from the centre of St Andrews town centre. Parking is off street on the driveway.
