“We had tea when we arrived and breakfast both mornings and the food was really good. Staff were friendly. We stayed in the family room and had everything we needed. For what we paid i felt it was a good price for two nights including breakfast.”

“The room was spacious, cosy and comfortable. The shower was a little dissapointing, i could not get it as hot as would have liked and the drain was very slow to empty so it almost overflowed! However, i got a wash so not the end of the world. Breakfast was vey nice we had the full english with orange juice, cappuchinos and extra toast. We did not use the Bar or Reasteurant, however it was very busy and people were obviously happy to be there and eating so one would assume its a well liked popular venue for food.”

“The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the food quality was very high and the size of the rooms were surprisingly very big. For the price of the booking I was expecting the size of a small chain hotel room. Instead we had very large rooms which were more suite sized than room sized. We have already booked our return stay for next year.”

They also do a light meal and these are really good value at 2 for £15. The breakfast is fantastic and beautifully cooked. Next time we travel to this area we will definitely stop at this hotel.
