Company info

I have run a construction company for the past 20 years so was a natural progression to start developing properties. My background means that the property is maintained to a really high standard. I have stayed in many serviced accommodations myself and with my family so I also have a good understanding of the little touches you can add to make someones stay really enjoyable.

*Parking Provided* *Walking distance to Station* The Avenues is in a prime location, walking distance to the town centre with lots to do including ice skating, cinema, restaurants, bars plus mainline train to London. There ares some beautiful parks locally and Chelmsford Cathedral is beautiful. Chelmsford High Street is great for shopping and the Bond Street is well worth a visit.
