Right in town centre..got car parking..funtniture wee bit old fashioned but think it's supposed to be..adds to the effect. ..the bathroom was immaculate..even the 2nd day it was lovly after we had used it..cleaner needs a pay rise!.reception staff all really nice too and chatty.

This place is great value for money and in a good location, close to Ayr train station and local amenities. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and had a good shower. The food in the restaurant was great too, good vegetarian options on offer.

  • Does the double room have a stand alone shower as due to spinal problems couldn't get in a bath

    We have double rooms with stand alone showers as well as with showers over baths. If you require a shower only request this when booking.

  • Is breakfast included and is there off road parking available?

    Breakfast is not included however we have an extensive breakfast menu served from 8am until 11.30am next door. We have a small car park to the rear of our hotel but this is on a first come first served basis as we are unable to reserve spaces.

  • is it possible to check-in after 6pm? I would be travelling g from Inverness and would not arrive until mid/late evening thanks

  • Can i book in early as we are going to the races.

    We will endeavour to have your room ready earlier in the day for you however this cannot be guaranteed. We are able to store your luggage securely until check in.

  • hi .what floor is twin room on.partner not great on stairs..is there a lot of stairs to room...thanks

    All our rooms are on the first floor and above. The nearest twin room we have it up a winding set of stairs onto a landing and through a door. Once up the stairs its not far at all.
