The railway station is less than 10 mins away on foot from The Balavoulin with a path suitable for a rolling suitcase.

Hello, when are you planning to stay? We are in the process of planning a bike shed for guests to use during their stay, although it won't be ready until next year. I we have a room available we can use it to store your bikes while you are here.

Apologies for the late reply. Currently, King Rooms only contain a King bed, however, there is space available for a z-bed if required.

We are in the process of building a store area for bikes that will be available to guests - we plan to have this ready later on this year. Until then, we are using locked cellar space for bicycle storage.

For breakfast we offer a full cooked breakfast, Scottish smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or bacon/sausage rolls. Cereals, muesli/granola and fruit is also available as well as juice/fresh coffee and tea. Parking is free and available for all guests,
