Perfect central location, beautifully decorated hotel with very friendly, helpful staff, nothing was a bother, felt very well looked after and spoiled. Rooms are lovely with very comfy bed and room was kept clean and tidy during our short stay, with turn down service which was a lovely addition to our experience.

United KingdomExcellent staff valet parked our car upon arrival, quickly checked us in and brought our luggage to the room. The bedroom was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. Not once did we see a cleaning trolley or hear cleaning staff in the corridors. Our room was made up whilst we were at breakfast. The staff in general were very helpful, polite and most welcoming particularly in the Princes Brasserie and at reception.
