The Balmoral offers a valet car parking service through our concierge. If you drive right to the front of the hotel, our concierge will meet you to assist with any luggage and park the car for you. The car parking is at a cost of £35 per day.

Our swimming pool and fitness centre will open on the 31st of August, however our sauna and steam room will remain closed in September. In order to use the swimming pool or fitness centre you will need to pre-book a time.

Thank you for your query. We do not currently offer a discount for 1 person staying. Depending on Covid restrictions the restaurant and pool will be open to our guests when the hotel reopens. We intend to open as soon as possible.

We do offer fully accessible bedrooms within our Deluxe room category. In order to ensure you receive a fully accessible room, please contact the hotel directly as there are only specific rooms within the hotel that offer this option.

At the moment there are no packages planned for Valentines Day however we are more than happy to help organise any extras to be placed in the room.

Yes we are a dog friendly hotel. There will be an additional charge of £50 as a dog fee, simply let us know when making a reservation if you will be travelling with a small friend.

The minibar items have an additional cost however, bottled water on arrival, tea and coffee are complimentary in the room.

Good afternoon, Currently we our swimming pool and fitness centre are open to residents only, however do need to be pre-booked. Our sauna and steam room are closed. We are offering spa treatments, with the exception of facials.

Some of our Deluxe rooms offer an accessible bathroom. There is a ramp\slope providing access from street level to the main entrance of the hotel and all rooms are accessible by lift

Some of our Executive Rooms, Grand Suites and Castle View Suites offer a wak in shower. Some of our Deluxe Rooms offer an accessible bathroom
