“Location to walk to everything shops pubs ice rink trains buses tesco you name it I could go out the door and be there in 5 minutes most important to me and Barry made sure everything was okay if it wasnt he would make things right”

“Hotel looks bad when you enter but it is under refurbishment and past the entrance there are new carpets and newely painted walls. Bedroom had new floor coverings and all new fittings in bedroom and bathroom. It is unlikely to be a top of the range hotel but for the money paid (which people often seem to forget) it was very good value and comfortable.”
