Everything. This hotel lives up to and takes customer service seriously. unlike many places today, this hotel makes you feel totally welcome and treat you the way guests should be treated. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is lovely and warm throughout. Instant heating in the rooms regardless of time of night. I cannot fault this place and will recommend it to everyone I know who’s visiting. The breakfast experience was absolutely exquisite. I had dinner the first night I stayed and it was an absolutely gorgeous meal. 10/10
