Location, super friendly and helpful staff and lovely food.
United KingdomWe Loved the ambiance, the decoration and uniqueness of the building and the general demeanor of the very helpful staff. Even with a wedding taking place at the venue we were still looked after oand given plenty of smiles and good service. The room we stayed in was very comfortable especially the deluxe bed. The Inn itself was uniquely styled and has grown into its own skin. All areas were well furnished, stylishly put together and in keeping with the eclectic ideology of the designers without being OTT.
United KingdomAll the staff, and especially the young team manning the restaurant and bar were fantastic. Very helpful, very UP and always available, and they rectified a couple of things for us quickly and efficiently. We love the quirky chic decor, it works really well in the beautiful setting in the centre of the village. The bed was super comfy and the deep bath was a treat.
United KingdomAbsolutely stunning place. Great staff, facilities are sublime and overall a great place to be.
United KingdomThe pub was beautiful and food was outstanding. The staff were amazingly friendly. The price for the room was excellent, especially considering the room was fairly big.
United KingdomThe whole stay exceeded our expectations which was made all that bit more special as the staff all showed genuine passion and pride for their job role and impressed us with their knowledge and service .
United KingdomReally good breakfast, extra comfy bed and a large bath! Overall the room and hotel was great.
United KingdomSlightly disappointed with the breakfast. The coffee was amazingly strong and the English breakfast was disappointing. There was no toast and the quality of the produce used wasnt the best I have ever tasted.
United KingdomLoved the artworks, ambiance and eclectic mix. The garden looked incredibly interesting too.
United KingdomLovely very English picture postcard pub in lovely village surrounded by quiet countryside. Hearty food well cooked and good selection of beer & wine. Perfect escape, bring the walking boots / wellies, no need to worry about dressing up for dinner. We left well rested and feeling very well fed.
