Fabulous location especially if visiting Blenheim Palace. Plenty of nice pubs and eateries on the doorstep. The cafe was open until 5pm, the food looked good. The staff are very cheerful and friendly.

It was centrally located right on the market square. The restaurant had a large bay window which allowed you to dine and watch the world go by. The evening meal was excellent.’The room was at the back so very quiet despite being in the middle of busy Woodstock.

  • I believed that I had reserved a room for two 14th to 16th May - 3 nights - on 1st April. Today (2nd). I was aked to book again/confirm the booking. I have had several such messages and am rather confused by them. Have I, or have I not, made a reservation for a superior double for these dates?

  • Is there free car parking

    Unfortunately, we do not have any private parking at our establishment however you will find plenty of Street parking around Woodstock. The Main Woodstock car park is located near the police station off Union Street.

    Unfortunately all our rooms are on First floor and have to be accessed by stair.

  • Where can you park your car here.?

    There is a car park on Hensington St about three mins walk from hotel. . 24 hour free parking spaces are available in the square to the rear of the Bear Hotel

  • Hi, are you open for stays for 30th April for 3 days?

    Hello, Yes we are open on the 30th of April. Due to COVID-19, we can only accept guests with a valid reason for travel, i.e. Work, Hospital appointments or for any reason you are unable to stay at your main residence. Due to change May 17th.

    Hi . Yes overnight is available close by on street at no charge in the three hour parking slots which are not currently policed. we are smoke and pet free
