Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of options and all were high quality. Hosts have a very good attention to detail. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Vincent and Brenda were lovely hosts. Premises were spotlessly clean and recently renovated. Nice attention to detail with local art work. We came during hospitality restrictions and were allowed to bring takeaways in to the dining room as the restaurants were all closed - even given warm plates etc. great location. Great stay !

This place was amazing! Great hospitality, delicious food, newly updated comfortable rooms....I cant say enough good things. We missed our train and didn't get to the house till after 10pm (check in ends at 8pm), we were happily greated by name and taken to our lovely room while Vincent (the owner) helped us make our breakfast decisions...definitely go with the Scottish breakfast!! While it is a bit of a trek from town (10 min walk)....it's totally worth it. I am definitely telling anyone who does the Jacobite steam train (that's what we Harry Potter fans did) or anyone doing the West End Way Hike to stay here!! Thanks again for the amazing hospitality!!!

The property had a ‘drying room’ which was exceptional since we were soaked from a a hike and the host took over and within hours everything was dry. Also the location is excellent- close to town and hiking trails. Large parking lot.

  • Hi, we have 2 very expensive road bikes which we are looking to bring, would we be able to bring the bikes into the accommodation as these could easily be stolen from the bike carrier if left unattended kind regards Mike
