“Staff were nice, breakfast looked lovely, eggs were perfect, husband said it tasted good to. Rooms were nicely set out and clean. Its a great location as Goole is absolutely horrendous for taxis. ”

“We travelled up to Google for a family funeral, and booked into the Briarcroft for 1 night. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and there was tea and coffee in the room also. All 3 rooms booked had en suites and tv. The breakfast was excellent with as much as you wanted. All 4 of us had the cooked breakfast which was put in front of us on a plate and was delicious. We also had tea coffee and toast. You could also have had cereal as well if you wanted. I would definitely recommend the Briarcroft and if visiting family in the future would stay there again.”

“We stayed over the night before as we had my brothers funeral the day after and needed to be in Goole near family. Excellent hospitality from all the staff, lovely full English cooked breakfast and a good selection of cereals. Beds were very comfortable and slept well. Situated in a good place for amenities in town. Only downfall was an early check out at 10am because of our situation with the funeral, could have done with a later checkout to get ready as funeral wasn’t until 1.15. ”
