Excellent food in the pub next door (Same Property) Would certainly recommend, used for a night when staying for the WRC rally GB, nice location in the centre of some of the stages. “Arriving at The Bryntirion Inn was an indication of how the weekend would go - a really friendly welcome, accompanied upstairs and shown my room and told about where and when food was served and anything I needed to know. The room (2) itself was a spacious twin with loads of drawer and wardrobe space, tea making facilities, a small TV and a washbasin in the room. Attached was the en-suite shower room, which is small but perfectly adequate - although the macerators do make a lot of noise if you flush in the middle of the night! I decided to eat in the bar both evenings, and the food was superb. Piping hot, very tasty and a good plateful - exactly what was needed after a day at the river! Decent beer and a good range of gins behind the bar made the evening most pleasant! Breakfast was equally as good - cooked to order at the time I asked for (often an issue as hotels are often too late on a Sunday morning), piping hot and plentiful.” Read more
