Absolutely wonderful hotel. From the friendly and welcoming landlady greeting and simple check-in, to the guided tour, from the immaculate lounge area, to the showing of our immaculate and luxurious room, the amazing staff and "nothing is too much" service, the comfy bed, the super en-suite bathroom and steaming hot shower, WiFi available, the sea-view from our room, and after a cozy and comfortable night, a delicious Full English Breakfast with all the trimmings in the immaculate and superbly presented dining room! There's also a parking area available so no worries there either. The Burleigh really has got it absolutely spot-on and we hope to return in the not too distant future.

The Burleigh is a friendly, family-run guest house in Hunstanton with a fantastic location in North Norfolk, very close to the town center, theater, sea front, promenade and gardens. We are ideally located for Peddars Way, the RSPB reserves at Titchwell, Snettisham and Holme as well as numerous other local attractions.

The Burleigh has been awarded with four stars and a gold award. All of our bedrooms have been individually decorated and furnished to provide a relaxing environment with an emphasis on comfort. All rooms are generously equipped, most are en-suite and some have sea views.

Breakfast is served in the light and airy dining room. There is a large selection of breakfast items available which are freshly prepared using only the best locally sourced produce (where possible).

Other facilities at The Burleigh include a cozy lounge, attractive front terrace with sea views, free wi-fi and limited off road parking (allocated on a first come first served basis).

Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.8 for a two-person trip.

    Mike, Many thanks for your enquiry. Only two of our rooms are not en-suite and these are described as "double with private external bathroom". We have 9 rooms that are en-suite. Kind regards Sharon

    We serve breakfast between eight and nine fifteen. Yes, a sea view room does cost a little extra but it is also a bigger room.

    We do not face the sea, you have to look to the right to see the sea. Our sea view rooms are more expensive mainly because they are a larger room.

    Yes we can cater for a gluten free diet. Please make a note on your booking as it is helpful to know in advance. Some of our sea view rooms are located on the first floor (18 stairs) and some are located on the second floor (36 stairs).

    I'm sorry but we do not take dogs. We only offer bed and breakfast at The Burleigh, however there are several restaurants within walking distance.

    Sorry but we do not have secure parking, only limited spaces off road (not secured) and then street parking when the car park is full. Gluten free breakfast is no problem.
