Superb base for a work trip. First class facilities, bar and restaurant area. Rooms exceptionally clean. Location on the river with fabulous if not a little out of the way for my business trip. Minor problem. Lovely staff, excellent food and beverages. What’s not to like. I’d go,again!a!

Great, peacful location. We had a lovely view over the river. Everyone on the team was really friendly, welcoming and responsive to all our needs. Excellent food. Interesting decor and layout. Very clean. We loved dining in our own (heated) greenhouse! An exceptional establishment.

Experience World-class Service at The Cartford Inn

With rooms overlooking the river Wyre, The Cartford Inn is a former 17th-century coaching inn, located on the banks of the River Wyre on Lancashire's Fylde Coast. Free Wi-Fi is provided, as well as free on-site private parking.

A flat-screen TV, private bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities are featured in each room at The Cartford Inn.

Guests can relax in the bar and lounge area, which has an open wood fireplace. Traditional cask ales are served, as well as fine whiskeys, brandies and port. Locally sourced ingredients are used to create the dishes served in the on-site restaurant.
