“Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, with a fan which was useful given the hot weather at the time. Desk was useful as I was on a work trip, but lighting could have been better. Free parking and a lovely pub serving meals was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. I ate breakfast out on the patio, in the garden at the back of the property, which made a lovely start to the day.”

“Proprietor allowed us to check in very early, and provided us with an extra breakfast, as we had travelled overnight to drop off at Gatwick airport. Very much appreciated. Also we had a ground floor room as requested, to help my aching knees! Breakfasts were outstanding.”
