Welcoming staff who were friendly yet professional from start to finish. Relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and we found the food in the restaurant was wonderful! Delicious and beautifully presented. A fabulous range of wines and drinks, something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful hotel garden, in the late evening on our wedding anniversary, sat on the comfortable deck chairs enjoying our after dinner liqueurs! Our 1 year old grandson also enjoyed the garden pond with it's fish and water fountain the next day with our son and daughter in law. They too were really impressed with everything.

What a luxurious hotel! Was really pleased with the overall experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I loved the decor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a great gin selection so I highly recommend having a drink in the library in the evening. We also lucked out with the weather and got to really enjoy the patio outside.

  • Do you have rooms on the ground floor with disabled access fitted with rails near sink, toilet bed etc. Is there disabled step free access to the restaurant ? Thank you

    We have one room on the ground floor that meets this description. There are a few steps in-between the bar and restaurant, however there is a rail on one side. We are happy to help with any requests.

  • with half board is dinner in the restaurant and are there any restictions on menu choices

    I can confirm that dinner is served in the restaurant. There is a £40 per per allowance to use towards to food only.

  • I have a toy poodle who is registered as an ESA dog .Which room would I have to stay in ? & do they have a bath tub as I can’t take showers. Thank you
