The hotel ambiance was warm and friendly with helpful staff. We had an evening meal which was delicious and breakfast was very good too. Came back after checking out for a snack lunch which was also very tasty.

A very nice hotel in a perfect location - close to the ferry and three main roads crossing the Isle of Colonsay. The hotel Staff is very polite and always ready to help, the rooms are comfortable and well-heated. I enjoyed both the full Scottish breakfest in the morning and fish & chips in the evening. A great base to explore the Isle of Colonsay!

Amazing location on a beautiful island,. I went there for peace and quiet and the natural beauty of the place. The hotel was friendly and comfortable and I hope to stay there again.

Beautiful Island, staff and locals were very friendly. Hotel was very clean and cozy, food was excellent.

Wonderful location on remote Hebridean island. Well maintained and fully modernised but with a relaxing old-fashioned charm. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming and the food was excellent. Wonderful views towards Jura. Nearby gardens at Colonsay House well worth a visit.

lovely isolation on remote island in cosy and welcoming hotel. friendly bar and delightful fire lit sitting room and excellent dinner featuring inter alia locally bred oysters

When I arrived, I was actually given a different room to what I booked but it was fine and I was refunded the difference. Meals were lovely but the staff were fantastic. So lovely, friendly and welcoming. It has been a brilliant experience and wee holiday.

The room was comfortable, plenty of space in the room and lounges to relax, as well as a lovely outside area. Staff were kind and helpful. Food was excellent, especially the breakfast. Location is excellent, near the ferry, nothing is that far on the island.

Great staff, incredible location, all round lovely hotel

- If we book a room in spring what happens if we cannot reach the island due to bad (windy) weather? Do we need to take out insurance? Thanks NickWe recommend that guests take out UK travel insurance to cover ferry cancellations and other things that may disrupt your holiday. There are a number of policies available inc for Covid.
