  • Hi, Do you request for ID approval?

    Good morning. At the check-in time you must present a valid pictured ID, (passport, driving license or a pictured identity card). You must present the credit card used in the booking and this name must match withe the booking name.

  • hi, I have booked this for my son, he won't have the card it was booked on as its my card. Will this be ok?

    Good Afternoon. A valid picture ID will be mandatory from the person who booked the room at the check-in time. (UK driving license, passport or other nationals ID card). We do not accept students cards or any other work cards.
