*Fully Licensed - STL Licence Scotland* The Space: 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 floors, sociable open plan kitchen living and a garden with seating area which is very rare in the city. The Location: Unique, Hidden city centre cottage tucked away from it all yet 5 minutes from Union Square, Union Street and all transport links, 10 mins walk to the beach What's Included: Bed linen, Towels, Bathroom Essentials, Wifi, Hair Dryers, Travel Cot, High Chair, Now TV and great local information. Please check your cars age from June 2024 due to new LEZ restrictions in the city. Parking - There is an NCP car park 1 minute away that does good advance booking rates (Shiprow NCP) There is free on street parking 5-7 minutes walk away (Clarence Street, Church St and Miller St) There is free pakring in the evenings and Sundays on Marischal street.
