Each cottage has its own kitchen (one with a AGA range cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher, and the second a preparation kitchen), dining room, bathroom and bedrooms and both benefit from their own separate entrance, ideal for 2 families wanting to share, but still have their own space. There is also an internal door connecting both cottages together, as well as “The Den”, a ground floor annex with a further 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. The main property sleeps 12 with the addition of a further two double bedrooms available in 'The Den', bringing the total to 16 people over eight bedrooms. The cottage benefit from having separate entrances, ideal for two families wanting to share, but still have their own space. There are also internal doors connecting both cottages together.

■ LOUNGES: There are two living rooms, both having ample seating. One has a 42" TV with freeview and catchup channels, the other has a smaller TV. We have fibre WiFi and full central heating, along with traditional log burning stoves for those winter months. ■ KITCHEN: Kitchen ONE has an AGA range cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher, and kitchen TWO is preparation kitchen. Both are fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans and crockery and microwave ovens. A second fridge/freezer is located under the stairs should you need extra cold storage. ■ DINING ROOM: Two dining rooms, one seating ten and the other seating six. Although in different rooms they are connected via a doorway. ■ BEDROOMS: There are eight bedrooms, six doubles with double beds and two single each with two single bed. Freshly laundered hotel quality white bed linen and towels are provided. ■ BATHROOM: Two the bathrooms are on the first floor, one comprising of a corner shower enclosure, a roll top bath, toilet and sink, the second comprising of a large walk in shower, toilet and sink, the third is located in "The Den" a ground floor annexe which comprises of a large walk in shower, toilet and sink. ■ OUTSIDE: There is a paved area, a raised decking area where you will find the BBQ, further up is the outdoor dinning area, and continue further up the garden where you will find the grass area and another outdoor dinning area. ■ PARKING: Parking for six vehicles in the public car park to the rear of the cottages via parking permits provided, plus free on street parking just over the road. ■ PETS: Pets are welcome at the property, but with consideration to future guests, please keep them downstairs. Maximum two dogs per stay.
