Very nice and quiet place. It is a small and nice decorated apartment with everything you need. Bad was very comfortable with spotless bedsheets. The hostess were very nice.

Nice apartment for the weekend break. It's near the small town of Errol where there are ATMs and a chip shop. What more could you want? The premises is not too far off the A9 but be aware you come upon the road to The Courtyard quickly and it's only signposted at the end of the lane.

Lovely stay in one of the courtyard units. We were very lucky to come across it with a last minute booking. Lovely hosts and a very comfortable stay. Very easy to find from the main road using the link on my mobile. Would definately go back if we visit the area again.

We loved the Courtyard, it was very rural & great for our little Dog (Tilly) great walks for her in the country side. We had a odd visit from owners dog (Bruce) he was very friendly. Cottage has everything you need. But use google map not sat nav for directions. Good for Perth & Dundee, not to far away

Quiet location .. exactly what we wanted. Lovely clean spacious room, dog friendly, comfy bed with lovely bedding. Farm dogs Huxley & Bruce visited regularly which Daisy (our dog) enjoyed as did we. Lovely welcoming hosts, covid-19 restrictions all adhered too, hand sanitiser provided in cottage. Plenty of attractions near by, quiet areas our preference & dog walking areas our choice. Perfect SAFE break away from home, price good & we enjoyed our stay.

  • I am really interested in your property for a stay 7/8 May en route to Braemar, but see you have a no cancellation policy. If I were to book with you and the Scottish/English Government stopped me from coming to Scotland would you still expect me to pay Best wishes Kate Mortimer

    Hi yes the bedroom and sitting room are separate, the pub is 2 miles away and the garden is for 4 cottages.
