“Large room, and the hosts were welcoming, nothing too much trouble. tea , coffee fridge and microwave soft bed would suit disabled person with wet room shower. v quiet location away from main road and pleasant rural environment. covid freindly and superb breakfast room with silver service and lovely fresh bread and cooked breakfast next to a log fire. I dont know how they do it for the price!!!”

Breakfast each morning was delicious, with an excellent choice of cereals, fresh fruit and beautifully cooked food. The location was very convenient for exploring the Suffolk coast and was just far enough away from the town to be extremely peaceful and quiet.”
