The ladies at the Courtyard greeted us with a smile upon arrival(even though we arrived late) and that was the same every morning. They were extremely informative about Casteltown, the restaurants and the shopping near by. Always asked us what we saw that day on the island and gave us tips on what to see the next day. The rooms were newly refurbished, clean and everything worked perfectly. Four stars, would recommend.
