The atmosphere, the locals and the owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The owner made sure everything was to our liking. The staff were great. The food was delicious. They even allow dogs. Would highly recommend . Will definitely stay again. We stayed in a twin room.

Welcome to The Crossings Inn. Sitauated in the rural countryside of Roweltown, only 15 minutes drive from Carlisle City Centre and easy access to many attractions within The Lake District and Northumberland. We have recently refurbished the once was drinking pub- now boasts a sophisticated restaurant, comfortable bar with log burning stove, en-suite accommodation and weddings & events venue. The food menus are deisgned using locally sourced produce and seasonal ingredients. Something suit everyone! The accommodation has been upgraded with brand new beds and furniture to make your stay with us a comfotable and pleasant 'home from home'. Enjoy a cooked full Cumbrian breakfast each morning, again using the finest and locally sourced ingredients. Free WiFi is provided as it is an essential part of our lives now. Good speed and connectivity for any purpose of use. Our gardens are well maintained allowing guests to enjoy the outside for drinks or food alike. The area is peaceful with the odd tractor roaming past from 'farm to field'. Cyclists can take advantage of our bike storage area- we know it's a popular! We hope to welcome you soon for whatever the reason for your stay.
Stephen Myers, Owner & Chef. Stephen is a qualified Executive Chef who has historically gained previous venues and hotels AA Rosettes and dining awards. Stephen, known as Steve locally loves the hospitality industry and with over 40 years experience, he has developed The Crossings Inn exceptionally over the last 12 months, with you 'the guest' in mind. Steve enjoys rearing his own animals for the restaurant as well as maintain an extensive allotment growing the best fruits, herbs and vegetables. You can experience this on The Crossings menus. Stephen and his team hope they can welcome you soon to The Crossings Inn.
