I booked a small double room so was expecting it to be quite small but was pleasantly surprised how spacious and well equipped it was. The decor was very stylish. I would describe it as a boutique hotel. Complimentary snacks were a nice touch. The view from the hotel is amazing, a panoramic view of the Yorkshire Dales that can be seen from lots of rooms in the hotel including the restaurant and conservatory. The food was excellent, real fine dining.

    There are no sofas in the Luxury Double Bedrooms, however they do have chairs. There are sofas in the suites.

    The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors of the hotel which are accessed by stairs. Some bedrooms have walk in showers in the bathroom and others have baths with overhead showers.

  • Are you disabled friendly i.e. lifts to rooms steps in and around the hotel .

    Whilst our dining and event spaces offer a wheelchair-friendly entrance and a disabled toilet, access to bedrooms is via a staircase which may cause problems for those with mobility issues.
