Thanks for your question. Yes, because of possible allergies we don't take pets even though we love dogs and have two of our own that live in our personal quarters. In the past we have taken guests who wish to leave their dogs in the car, presuming that the vehicle is suitable and the dogs are used to that environment and wouldn't bark at night. In this scenario, we are also happy for dogs to be allowed into our garden if on a lead and on the understanding that any waste is cleared. I trust this helps to answer your question. Hi, No not all rooms have baths. The two deluxe rooms and the twin have both bath and shower. One room has a private bathroom with bath and shower, but it isn't en-suite. All other rooms have just showers. I hope this helps. Regards, Irene

We love dogs, but are sorry that we do not not take them in the B&B.

The room with the roll top bath is taken but another deluxe room with corner bath is available with upgrade. Happy for you to leave your bags earlier.

Hi, Thank you for your mail. Unfortunately, because of the age and the layout of the building, we don't have a lift to the first floor. However, last year we created a new downstairs en-suite deluxe room, which doesn't need access by stairs. Hi Gaynor, Thank you for your enquiry. The only bedroom that is located on the ground floor is a deluxe double room. All the other bedrooms, including the single room are located on the first floor.
