The Eaves is a second floor apartment in the village of Sandgate near Folkestone in Kent. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of two double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is limited roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and the beach is across the road. The Eaves is a fantastic beachfront apartment with stunning views for a family or group of friends to enjoy a memorable holiday. Note: No children under 14 years old. Sandgate is a coastal village sandwiched between the towns of Folkestone and Hythe. In the 1970s the castle was bought, restored, and made into a private residence and is now a Grade l listed building.
