The Elms @ No.58 offers a luxury feel with 4 bedrooms in the highly desirable village of Pattingham. Consisting of a Master bedroom with en-suite, 1 x double bedroom, 1 x bunkbeds & 1 x single bedroom. There are plenty of games & toys available. The lounging area provides a real fire with TV, whilst the sitting room which can be divided by bi-folds offers a relaxing environment to enjoy those G&T's. The kitchen has a single oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & there is a downstairs toilet.
We are a very hospitable and accommodating couple aiming to offer first class living space and exceptional customer service. When booking please note the garage is converted into 'Boutique Bamboo', our studio can be booked at the same time if you wish to have extra accommodation. The studio will allow either 3 x adults or 2 x adults and two young children. Please note there may be other guests staying.
The village of Pattingham is a picture postcard setting with a children's park & playing field, two tennis courts, CO-OP, florist, salon, menswear, Pharmacy, coffee shop, butchers, Church and two local pubs. Buses are available to Wolverhampton from the centre of the village. Excellent railway connections via Albrighton, Shifnal, Codsall - all within a few miles providing easy access to Birmingham, Telford, Shrewsbury and London. There are numerous walks all detailed in Boutique Bamboo.
