“Lovely staff - who made everything easy after a long drive. Enjoyed trying one of their famous pies! Although it is on the A40 (its a quiet local section, not major dual carriageway) the rooms are behind and slightly below the pub and protected from road noise - we even had the window open. So helpful about eating, including accessing the Breakfast area via the garden to avoid internal steps for senior member of trip.”
