Very good choice of breakfast, well presented and tasty. Would recomend. Room had everything that we required, plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Liked the wash basin in the bedroom seperate from the shower room. B&B was a good location from the city centre, only about 12 minute walk so do not need to drive in. We were given a parking permit during our stay so did not have to worry about any parking fees.

I absolutely loved everything. Helen, hubby and her mum were wonderful. I’d go back anytime I get to York again. Our room was lovely, very welcoming, and the bed was comfy. The breakfasts were full on yummy; very filling too. And we loved Annie, the dog. She made us miss our two dogs from home. Thanks for such a wonderful anniversary. We had a lovely time. York is a friendly city!

    We are situated in a quiet cul de sac, and parking is on street outside the guest house. A free parking permit will be provided at check in to cover the duration of a guest's stay.

    Yes we have both en suite rooms and standard rooms with a shared bathroom, as we have demand for both options. They will be showing available on our site if they are not already booked.
