The up grade was unexpected and very welcomed. The Spa was excellent!
United KingdomOur 2 night stay was fabulous we were upgraded to a suite which was so comfortable, clean, with ample refreshments eg tea, coffee water etc. The hotel in a great location easy access to the town centre and walks. All the staff approachable, friendly, professional Thank you the breakfast was very good.
