Going to a friend's wedding 15 mins from location. Fuel and shop handy after 5 hour drive had evening meal in restaurant steak very good couldn't fault it. Close to sea for evening walk staff very welcoming and friendly on arrival as were restaurant staff. Excellent breakfast to set us up for long day of wedding

Stayed one night at the forge, easy check in with lovely staff, room was clean and spacious and we slept very well! Loved the location too, very easy to get to but also as the rooms are set back a bit, we couldn’t hear the road at all! Bathroom was spotless, beds were comfortable, no noise from other rooms or people! We would have stayed for food if we were checking in earlier as heard great things about the restaurant and it was really busy (on a Wednesday night) which is a really good sign! Would have loved to have used the pool but due to covid we understand these things can’t happen yet! Would definitely stay again!

The room was spacious and comfortable and heated, The bathroom was also a good size, everything was fresh and clean. We had an evening meal there and breakfast the next morning, there was a good selction to choose from for the dinner and breakfast menu's. Food was excellent. The noise from the busy road was not noticable. Had a nice relaxing stay and will definately be back.

    Our family rooms have 2 king size bed in them and have one seat in but not a specific seating area.
