United KingdomBreakfast was good and the location was excellent overlooking the town square and the castle. We had a balcony and I enjoyed sitting in the window and looking at what was happening in the square. There was also a comfortable seating area and a coffee machine for good coffee in the room. Our friends were on the floor above although directly overhead they were not nearby. Food in the hotel was generally good and we enjoyed a couple of meals there. Staff were friendly and made us welcome, there was a good atmosphere in the pub and restaurant. One member of staff gave us useful tips on where to visit. There was plenty of parking when we were there. There were good walks around the town and some museums etc to visit along with some decent coffee houses. The castle was well worth visiting, very interesting.
