There are 4 bedrooms: - Bedroom One, sleeps 2 (King Bed) - Bedroom Two, sleeps 3 (Double Bed and Day Bed) - Bedroom Three, sleeps 2 (Bunk Bed) - Bedroom Four, sleeps 4 (4 Single Beds OR 2 Single Beds and a Double Bed) - Extra, there are 2 put up beds which can be located where you wish, we tend to set them up in bedroom four - There is the option of an additional bed to make 14 total There is space for 12/13 to sit around the same table when the two are joined together that are in the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room there are comfy sofas & seating for everyone, and not that you will have much time for TV with all that Bath has to keep you entertained but there is Freeview & Apple TV for Films or a TV Series. In a building that is over 250 years old (we have the original deed signed by John Wood!) the house has retained its original features such as wooden panelling in the living room. The rooms are beautifully light and spacious with high ceilings. The house is warm and cosy in Winter with 2 bathrooms and large of living space, giving you privacy if you want it.
