This is the second time we've stayed at the Grand Central Hotel, and it was, as before, wonderful. The staff is simply wonderful -- always friendly and accommodating. When we entered our room the lights wouldn't work. A manager came up immediately, fixed the problem, and gave us complimentary drinks coupons for the inconvenience. The hotel is located in the corner of the Central Station, yet it's very quiet. Everything you can imagine needing is a few steps away in the station -- a Boots, M&S food store, bakeries, coffee, and a couple of fast food restaurants. On the street you are close to Glasgow's great shopping. I love Glasgow, and this hotel. I hope I get to stay many times in the future.
