The property is 30mm from Bourton on the water. It is in a quiet location. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our dog was accepted in one of the 2 rooms opening onto the lawn for dogs. The pub was full as Christmas period. We were served without delay. The food was tasty, hot. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. We were very pleased with our experience. There was a private function with music but there was no disturbance and we were able ce to sleep soundly. Breakfast was excellent. We highly va recommend this place which cannot be ce faulted.

  • Hi Thinking of booking. Is late checkout available on 27th Aug eg 12.00 plus is there a local taxi service to barn at upcote

    Check out is currently 10.30am, at present we are unable to offer late check outs due to being so busy. Please ask at check in about late check outs. Taxis will have to come from either Cheltenham or Cirencester - We use Spa-Tax from Cheltenham.

  • Hiya, I believe your area is in Tier 2? Is your bar/restaurant open to guests at this time? And are there any restrictions as to who can stay at the hotel?

    Hello Yes, we are open to guests for those in the same household/support bubble. A Tier 3 cannot stay in a Tier 2 area but as we are unsure of your area you live, please refer to your local guidelines on travel. Kind regards Anna

  • How much to bring my 2 mini dachounds please

    We only have 2 dog friendly rooms which are both of the Garden superior rooms and we make a £10 nightly charge for dogs to stay in those rooms. Regards Simon

  • Hi do you have any family rooms for 2 adults and a 6 y/o and small dog

    The only room we could accommodate your request in would be 'Dawn Run' which is a Superior Twin Garden room' we can make this up as a double and then we can add a Z-Bed to the room @ £35 and £10 dog charge. Regards Simon
