Charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff staff. Both breakfasts and the one evening meal were very good. The beds were very comfy and our room across the courtyard was the closest I've ever been to the hotel amenities, which was a bonus.

  • Does the hotel have a lift? I have mobility problems, and sometimes find stairs difficult.

    Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately we do not have a lift, however if notified upon booking, we can place residents in ground floor rooms depending on the style of room they're wishing to book. Kind Regards, Reception

  • Is there parking on site, bit misleading in the description?

    We have a pay and display carpark at the rear of the hotel. You will pay a maximum of £5.00 for 24 hours Sunday is free parking.

    Yes, we are in the town center so there are pubs all within walking distance.

    Good morning, We do have availability from the 8th to 10th Oct In our classic kings rooms we do accept dogs, the rate is £10 per dog, per night.

    Only in certain rooms. You will need to contact the hotel once the booking has been made to advise if you are bringing a dog. Dogs are charged at £10 per dog, per night.
