United KingdomThe breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot or cold food, bedroom and bathroom was spacious, clean with quality furnishings and firm bed. Situated around eight to ten minutes easy walk from York's main Westerly gate.

ChinaI particularly like the very quiet location in a fine historical building away from the centre - a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Minster and centre. Very comfortable room, although a single is a bit cramped, especially bathroom and shower. Excellent breakfast.
United KingdomOMG this hotel exceeded all my expectations, staff can not single out all were superb, free mince pie and mulled wine a lovely touch, the room was awesome modern and very clean large screen tv tea and coffee, spacious with a bathroom to die for, large stand alone bath, walk in shower and huge, location was an easy 10 min stroll to the minster. parking available. to cap it all great breakfast, well done B and B.
United KingdomWe had a cosy double, but was still very spacious and very clean, large slower and lovely power shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and was able to choose what we wanted. They also had complimentary water and hot drinks downstairs, has well has the tea/coffee in the room. Very easy to get to with being 10 mins from main town centre.

It was an easy walk, 10-minutes, to the historic part of town where there are lots of restaurants. Breakfast was served in the house. Good selection including eggs cooked at your request.

One of our top picks in York.On a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac, B+B York is a 10-minute stroll from York city center and offers rooms with attached bathroom, bar/lounge facilities and a free on-site car park. The main building dates back to the late 1800s and B&B York still has some charming original features, such as a splendid grand staircase and patterned windows.
The contemporary and comfortable rooms each have a flat-screen TV, a radio, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary biscuits.
The bar is open until late every day. Complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water is available to guests throughout the day. Guests can relax and read the daily newspapers, with a selection of beers and wines available. Several bars and restaurants are located within a 10-minute walk and staff are happy to give recommendations.
Full English, vegetarian, vegan and continental breakfasts options are available. Special dietary requirements can be catered for on request.
Bedrooms are located in either the main building or in two separate buildings around the car park. The hotel is 10 minutes' drive away from York Racecourse. Historic York Minster and all of central York's attractions are a 10-minute walk away, while York Railway Station is a 5-minute drive away.
