It is a lovely hotel connected to a large pub/restaurant. You need to have a car to access (which we knew beforehand) and it was easy to get in and out with lots of parking opportunities. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We went just before Lockdown 2 so we couldn't have room cleaning but they supplied coffee, tea etc when asked at reception. We ate at the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent, really diverse (especially for a pub). We attended the hallooween pub quiz which was great fun and we recieved the cutest gift bags after with sweets, Sipsmith Gin etc. Really nice touch. We were there for a wine tasting at Hambledon Vineyard and the staff helped supply local cab company numbers for us to arrange our trip which was excellent. We were able to travel to lots of other places really easily.

The Hampshire Hog is a wonderful hotel, very charming, clean and with very friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It is easy to get from the hotel onto the motorway to explore the surroundings (or visit Goodwood). The bar area and terrace outside are really nice with a large selection of beers and the food is of great quality. Would definately come again,

    Yes! All of our bedrooms are dog friendly. We charge an additional fee of £10.00 per night, per dog and request that dogs are kept on leads once out of the room.

  • We are completing the King Alfreds Way by bike, and therefore if we stay we would need a place to store our bikes overnight. Are you able to offer this?

  • IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT INTO TOWN NEARBY THANKS

    Hi, Yes just outside on the left there's a Bus Stop that will take you to Petersfield and down to the right after a 10/15 minute walk there's a bus stop that will take you into Clanfield!

  • Hi I will be arriving off the ferry from Santander at approx 20.45pm on the 20th July. Please can you confirm the travel time from the ferry terminal. Will the restaurant still be open?

    It will take aprox 20 minutes from the Ferry port to our establishment. Apologies, our kitchen closes at 9 pm so we won't be able to serve food once you arrive. However, if you ring our venue directly we can arrange for a packed lunch to prepared.

    Hello There! You can either have cold breakfast choices like porridge, granolas and fresh fruit platter or a hot breakfast like a Full English, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royal, and similar. we do also have kids breakfast that includes pancakes!

    We unfortunately do not have family rooms, we have double rooms and twin rooms that interlink but they are charged as two separate rooms.
