We received a friendly welcome by our hosts Gill and Tony. The Haven was comfortable with armchairs, a good wall mounted tv, and located within a leafy safe suburb of Sunninghill. Only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, coffee shops and pubs in Sunninghill. Only 10 minutes drive to Ascot Racecourse and 15 minutes drive to Saville Gardens, part of the Crown Estate and Great Windsor Park. The Haven provides a car parking space for your use during your stay.

The Haven is a fully equipped, self catering, double bedded studio annexe, situated in Sunninghill Ascot. Ascot is a hive of activity, not only with Royal Ascot running every year but it is a small town with many coffee outlets, bars, restaurants and shops. Ascot is also very close to Windsor, Heathrow and Reading - with excellent links to London via mainline train.We are walking distance from the village of Sunninghill with many restaurants and pubs. We are located 4 minutes drive away from the Ascot train station and the Royal Ascot racecourse. . You have your own private space for autonomous living however if you need anything, we are closeby.The Haven at Talysarn, is an extension to a large detached house, yet has its own entrance and private off-road parking sitting in 1/3rd acre amidst quiet, leafy Ascot. Perfect for short breaks, weekend get-aways for guests wishing to seek a short term holiday home for their vacation as an alternative to a Hotel, or for business people wishing for quiet, autonomy and a chance to truly unwind after a busy day without having the requirement of a B&B. Great accommodation for nearby companies in Bagshot, Staines, Bracknell or Windsor.
I am an early retired Snr Manager from BA. "Enniskerry" - The Loves' cottage is our holiday home and "The Haven" is attached to our main home in leafy Ascot. I started life in Hotel Management and have been involved in customer service ever since! We have been informed that both our properties offer a cosy home from home alternative to Hotels. We used to pay extortionate fees for star ratings but feel that the personal touch via our own websites and 3rd party internet sites is far more important. If our guests are happy, then we are happy. Tony and I have travelled extensively and these days prefer self catering and cosy "nests" to Hotel living. We love people and our leisure time is spent with our little Jazz/blues band where we offer our music as support for charity events. We are a band of 8 and Tony plays guitar and Gill sings! We feel that after spending our lives preparing for the future, that the future for us is now! We are happy to answer to "G & T" - who could forget that?
We are only a 15 minute car drive from Windsor. Windsor Great Park is a must if you enjoy walking. A walk around Virginia Water Lake is stunning. There are many National Trust properties within an hours drive. Travelling to London is superb via the train. Takes 55 minutes from Ascot to Waterloo
