Hi thanks for your message. In the B&B breakfast is included, but not in the self-catering apartments. A gluten free breakfast would consist of eggs (fried/scrambled/poached), grilled bacon, fresh grilled tomatoes, fresh cooked mushroom, baked beans and gluten free bread. Our hash browns contain onion powder, stabiliser, onion,palm oil. The sausages contain gluten. Hope this helps. Kind regards, The Helaina

Thank you for your message There is on street parking outside and all around The Helaina. Bookings are quiet times are likely to get parked outside or within a few meters of the Helaina. All of our rooms are from the 1st floor to 3rd floor. We don't have a lift. Next door at Helaina apartments we have a ground floor apartment (2 steps at front door). Full access statement on our site.

We don't have a private car park. However, there is lots of on-street parking outside and all around The Helaina. We supply parking permits for £2.00 each. They last 2 days at a time.
