The room size was perfect compared to other hotels in london. The room and bathroom were very clean and neat. Staff were friendly and helpful, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Ioved the fact that they pay attention to details from the toiletries to the mini cakes they provided as a welcome treat. The location is amazing in the middle of covent garden with 2 tube stations close by. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely comeback whenever I’m in town again
