“The host were very nice and chatty, they made you feel at home and were very welcoming, There is a louge and a front conservatory type seating area where you can chill out and watch the world go by, Free parking on the driveway at front of hotel Breakfast was good, cereals, fresh bread, jams/honey, fresh fruit, yogurts and cook breakfast on request ”

“Clean spacious room, loads of tea/coffee/milk provided and even biscuits. Unlike most hotels the room had proper lighting as well as reading lights over the bed. Plenty of sockets with USB ports as well. The owners couldn't have been more friendly. Excellent breakfast freshly cooked to order as well as cereal/continental items available. Lovely fresh coffee as well. Excellent location, a few minutes from the buses to Blackpool and Lytham.”
