The location of the property was ideal for where we needed to be the following day. There was a lovely local pub that did great food, we also got 20% off our bill for staying at this property. We weren't booked in for breakfast but we ended up having a light bite, all freshly cooked and delicious.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The room was large, clean, comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Car parking was very secure. Booking in was easy and the staff were very helpful.

Stayed overnight at Wall Hill Farm - delightful place and as comfortable as we could ask for. Visited the Anderton Boat lift the following day (11mins drive). Superb experience! British innovation at its best. The centre was perfectly run, the coffee was a dream and the 1hr+ boat trip was wonderful, made all the better by the knowledgeable and entertaining commentary. As in really helpful, everyone one of them. Food was great, the room spacious, comfortable with a luxurious bed and large bathroom. I had made a cock-up on my booking (wrong date) but they sorted it out when really they didn't really have to - will always be grateful for that. In essence I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the place, the people, the room, everything - and they also have free parking!
