“It was central for where we wanted to visit. Being a pub we ate there every evening as the food was excellent and freshly cooked with local produce. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and took the extra Covid 19 restrictions in their stride. They started on our last night but every thing still ran smoothly. The twin bedded room was more spacious than we expected, and had loads of storage. The beds were very comfy, and there was a fan provided, which was really useful. The shower was excellent, and plentiful hot water. ”

“The room was large and very spacious, comfortable bed and enough pillows to choose from, tea and coffee making facilities were excellent, bottled water available too. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space, a decent TV. The landlady (Jess) and the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the Full English Breakfast was amazing. Lovely Pub atmosphere with a good choice on food and drink. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.”
