“I had a great night's sleep and did not notice any noise from outside this just outside town centre location. My room was clean and well maintained. I did not use the wifi but had the TV on and it seemed to be working OK. There was complimentary tea, coffee and a herbal tea. What impressed me though was a sign near the shower showing me how to operate the thing. Not that it was difficult but I think it reveals an attention to detail and the customer experience that I thought was commendable.”
