Loved this stop while walking Hadrian's Wall path! Very comfortable rooms and convenient location right on the wall path. The staff was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. I dare say, the Big Lamp Keelman was one of the coziest pubs we visited along the whole of Hadrian's Wall.

The staff at the Keelman were extremely helpful and friendly, and my meals were both served quickly (huge portions!) and were tasty. My room was quiet and bed was very comfy so I had a great night’s sleep. I liked that the b&b rooms are separate from the main brewery. The property is in an excellent spot for Hadrian’s Wall walkers in particular.
